What are the causes Cardiovascular Diseases? It is the relating to the heart and the blood vessel, and most of the time the condition it is based on the blood clotting in those vessels. The most common type of heart disease in the United States is Coronary artery disease (CAD) because of several people can get first sign of CAD is by heart attack (Vietnamese.pdf 2003). CAD is the cause of plaque that is made up of cholesterol and other substances to build up in the wall of the arteries, which the arteries supply blood to the heart; over time the plaque can make blood flows to clot up. Heart attack is the number one killing cardiovascular disease, and it occurs when a part of the heart muscle does not receive enough blood flow. Approximately about every year there are around 735,000 American get a heart attack, and most of this dangerous cases are about 525, 000 are a first heart attack and 210,000 happened to people who have their first heart attack already in the previous ( 2015). In addition, stroke is also one of the fifth causes of death in the United States in the result of leading adults to be disabled. About 800,000 people in the United State have stoke each recent year, where one American dies from stoke every 4 minutes on the daily average ( 2015).
