Shakespeare's Macbeth, one of the most well known tragedies about a man who loses everything. When I first found out that the main character's name was Macbeth I immediately thought that the title of the play was simply named after the main character. I didn't question it I just assumed that was the reason for the title. But when I finished the play I was puzzled it seemed like it was McDuff tragedy. This essay discusses why I think it really was macbeth's tragedy and why shakespeare named his play Macbeth.
