Obesity has been recognized as a serious health issue in recent decade. According the health survey in Australia from 2011 to 2012, there were more than fifty percent of Australian adults are obesity or overweight and it is also identified as the main risk factor for certain chronic disease including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancers (1). The steadily increasing of obesity rate in Australia has become to affect those chronic diseases management. Thus, many studies are interested in finding out the most effective way to control the body weight and they also indicated more than five percent of weight loss is able to bring down the incidence and the risk of developing chronic diseases (2).
