The career path of the probation officer is something I was thinking about long before this class with my vocational program back in high school. My teacher at Wheeler High School was a former probation officer and told us this is something that is needed in our field. The career path of a police officer is something that I wanted to do since middle school. Not because of other family members being police officers I just want to help people.
