Helping people from around the world can start with education of the public and having immunization clinics, its blood drives and other out of reach programs.When considering a career in the medical program as a registered nurses, a person must carefully look into the responsibilities this will entail,the skills one must have to succeed ,plus other important aspects such as working conditions,salary,and the future of the job; however ,just as important is to seek out a college like Texas state technical college that will best prepare one for this profession.

Take as example, if one is taking the RN certification class one might need to extend hands on training.A person might need to complete a certain standard in the class.As a student, you need to consult your hours and schedule to the instructor. This class includes volunteer hours of community service other than the medical field. “TSTC is great for just about any college student that wants to pursue a career in the short-term,mid-term, or even long term learning field . Class attendance is a must.This class is known for its fast pace training . Each day is valuable to this class.Being a no show can strip you of testing in the final exam hence not passing the test and terminating the certification. In this college there are 58 programs available with a low graduation rate of twenty-seven percent. “TSTC Harlingen is making a strong commitment to enhance the value of a college education and experience by making it more student-focused. The positive aspects of this career is that “In management , nurses can advance from assistant unit manager of head nurse to more senior level administration roles , such as assistant director , vice president ,and chief of nursing,” (bls healthcare).
The negative aspects of this career and institution is the overall cost to get an education and the time it takes to complete. As for the career if you pass the course and get a job according to the outlook its a demanding job, although according to (Bls-healthcare) most registered nurse begin as staff nurses in hospital or community health settings. With experience , good performance , and continuous education , they can move to another setting or be promoted to positions with more
