One of these schools is University of Hawaii Manoa (UHM). UHM is a four year college with both a bachelor’s and master’s in dance. To get into UHM, one must take the SAT with a combined score of at least 1530 or the ACT with a combined score of at least 88. In high school, the grade point average minimum is 2.8 and the person trying out must be in the top 40%. The required courses are 4 english courses, 3 math (including algebra II and geometry), 3 social studies, 3 science, 4 other college preparation classes, and 5 electives. In total, that is 22 required courses. If staying on campus, the cost is approximately $28,613, off campus is $16,535, and at home it is about $16,210. Some interesting facts about UHM are that it was founded in 1907, the ratio of men to women is 43 to 57, and UHM represents all 50 states.
