Cardio System Research Paper

The Cardiovascular System also known as the (Cardio) system, is the most vital system in the human body. The Cardio system is comprised of the heart which keeps the human species alive. The cardio system is not only comprised of the heart but blood vessels, and arteries which transport blood throughout the human body. Frequently, women and men experience problems with the cardio system, although throughout history the focus has been on men and cardio diseases; research proves that women are now dyeing of heart disease. In this discussion, I will discuss how there is a prevalence of cardio disorders in women.
Analyze the new research indicating that heart disease may affect females more than males.
Upon watching the video; Dr. Noel Bairey Merz discusses how one out of two women are impacted by heart disease, and myocardial infarctions including heart disease is the leading killer of women however this is secret.

Women are now more progressive as they were with treating breast cancer. Women are educating themselves more now that they are aware heart disease is a silent killer and is no longer a “man’s disease”. Although it is an ongoing effort just as it was with breast cancer, there are other coalitions and organizations like the Go Red for Women in place to educate women, and provide support. There are campaigns that raise money for women with heart disease.
