When I was watching the video “The Carbon Footprint of One Sandwich,” I was very shocked at how much goes into one sandwich. I eat sandwiches all the time, but I have never stopped to think about every single thing that goes into a sandwich. A similar thing happened when I was taking the test to see my carbon footprint. Since I live by myself I was expecting two things, for it to be either super low or for it to be a little high. I thought it would be low simply because it is only me living here; however, I thought it could be a little higher since its one appliance per person. At the end of calculating it showed that I produce 28.8 tons of CO2 per year. That sounds like a lot to me, but I also do not have anyone to compare it too.
