Although it is impossible to let all the children I teach to receive the same education, I would still like to try my best to be a dedicated teacher who impacted a child’s life. Most students in the ECFS major probably heard about the seven dollar return for every one dollar invested in early intervention. It is more effective to build the foundation right than to fix the problem in the future. More funding, resources, and knowledge will be needed to address these themes, and awareness of the importance of early childhood education and intervention will need to be spread.
