The Capstone Experience was extremely rewarding, as I now have a better understanding of the helping profession and how it all ties together. There is the fund raising component, staff meetings, public speaking events, and single mothers to attend to. The helping profession is a career choice that requires a great deal of love for humanity and patience. The course gave me the opportunity to experience how it would be like to work in my career choice. It allowed me to put to practice the skills I have learned throughout the HSA Program. In regard to my current and future professions, interesting enough both professional position is similar.
