My personal style and work ethic are what have brought me this far into my academic career; I will surely rub off on other Fellows and motivate them to join me in my transformation to becoming a more proactive, effective individual. Being of Palestinian origin, I also have my exuberant cultural background and experiences to share with the program and community. As I come from a moderately different faith, culture, and lifestyle from others in the Caldwell community, members will gain first-hand insight on what it means to be a Palestinian Muslim in America. My participation as a Fellow will enable members of the program and community to be more knowledgeable about modern-day Muslims, and as a result members will acquire a new lens to view the Middle East through. I am also especially known for my gregarious, down-to-earth personality, and enthusiasm to get work done efficiently.
