Everyone has a personal goal in their life. This goal might be related to his work life or their social life, or both. My goal is related to my professional life and it includes my family as well, it’s a mixed bag. I want to open a restaurant in New York, and partnership with a few of my cousins or maybe even my sister. This is my dream job and I would love for it to come true.

The business in the hospitality industry has always attracted me. The business of restaurants gives a change to interact with people and serve them at the same time. It is a business that teaches about being courteous to people and provide them the best service one can. The business needs one to perform all the corporate social responsibilities and being in the industry call for this absolute duty.

The type of restaurant I would like to open one day would focus on Latin Cuisine with a twist of Dominican foods, since my family is from Dominican Republic. Downtown, Manhattan has a high demand for Spanish restaurants, if I have the opportunity I 'll like to open the restaurant downtown, if not, then in Washington Heights since there is a high population of Dominicans and Spanish people. My main objective or goal would be to expand the business to other boroughs, states and even countries.

Competition will get a little crazy, there are lots of Spanish restaurant in New York. My plan is to only offer take-out service and dine in service. When the sales and profit begin to increase, I would like to…
