The business dealings between Sally Walker and Takem’s Appliance Electronics, LLC, are considered unconscionable and lack enforceability. Idle threats of punitive damages are requested for the unethical business model established by Takem. Advice has been given to Takem to set up a better financial strategy and become a holder in due course to help with future business. Also discussed is a Christian worldview on how we are to serve with Jesus’ love
