1. The total number of burglary/alarm activation calls that the insured mentioned at an average of 100 calls per month was not verified with the American Alarm Company, who services were contracted with the insured.
2. The insured failed to cooperate in signing a third-party release of information that American Alarm Company had forwarded to the insured to issue said information over for this investigation.
3. The Burden of Proof showing the amount of scrap metal taken could not be confirmed by the insured, due to the lack of police reports, witnesses and police involved burglary investigations.
4. The insured was not able to justify how and when the scrap metal was taken from the premises throughout 2015.
