Very simple, everything.

1) Be responsible for every thought: Everything begins with a thought. Thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to actions and actions lead to results or the lack of results. So first of all, take total responsibility for what you are thinking. Your conscious mind only knows what the subconscious mind tells it. Control your thoughts, keep them positive, focused and clean of anything destructive.

2) Be responsible for your feelings or emotions: What you attract into your life is what you give energy to, or what you give emotion to. Emotion is what drives the Law of Attraction. Emotions are also what brings trouble into lives, so until you control your emotions, you will never have control over your life and your results.

3) Be responsible for your actions: Any action has a reaction. In every area of your life, if you do not control your actions then you have no control over the reaction. If you are controlling your thoughts, that will assist in controlling your emotions and in turn, the appropriate action should be easier for you to control.

4) Be responsible for your results: Everything you have in your life, everything you are in your life, everything you will ever have or will be is entirely up to

In Harvey Deutschendorf’s book, The Other Kind of Smart, he begins with an introduction talking about the differences between intelligence quotient (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EI) and how they can affect people's future careers. There’s an anecdote that Deutschendorf tells, about two Yale graduates with different IQs and EIs. One of the Yale graduates was incredibly brilliant in terms of academics, but when he was interviewing for jobs, he only got called back by a “second-rate company where he lasted for only three years” (Deutschendorf 4). In contrast, his roommate wasn’t as academically brilliant, but he flourished socially. He was able to translate his social skills into his future and solidify his career.…

For as long as one can remember, Nature vs. Nurture has been an argument that has always been debated. Some believe that people are the way they are due to their biological make- up. While on the other hand, others believe that people are the way they are because of their experiences and what they have been through. Humans are like a mold of clay, experience is what forms us. We need good and bad experiences to shape who we are.…

“Life Coaching: A Cognitive Behavioural Approach” Summary Michael Neenan and Windy Dryden, the authors of “Life Coaching: A cognitive behavioural approach, second edition” (2014) offer a pragmatic, evidence-based method of coaching based on the concept of cognitive behavioral therapy. The authors discuss the sequence of emotional causation and how—in fact—one’s thoughts affect one’s emotion and thus, one’s behavior. Neenan and Dryden (2014) report that most coaching clients have an external attribution style regarding their emotions (i.e. - they embrace the misconception that other people or events are responsible for how they feel). To substantiate this, the authors give reference to Dr. Albert Ellis’ ABC model that explains how emotional upset—in relation to negative events—is shaped by the thoughts or beliefs concerning the event, which has a greater impact than the event itself.…

There are some things to make success in a country, but not all of it can be done by the government. The government can't make everyone perfect or happy, yourself is the only one that can do that. So to have success in the United states we need to form a perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity.…
