The immediate consequence of the Black Death was a massive rduction in population. however, the plague also had alot of long term effects. Many of the scholarly people of the time died.which led to decrease in collages. In addition, trade was very hard to occur because people were fearful to trade goods with a country that was infested. During the middle ages, the plague was known as all-destroying which meant that it destroyed everything. One third of a countries population cannot be eliminated over a period of three years without considering its’ economy, Church life, and family life which was affcetd alot by the plague. The bubonic plague also known as the black death was one of the most devastating disease outbreak in human history. The plague has killed more than one third of the European population. seeing your neighbors healthy one day then dead the next morning and Losing your family, created feelings of fear and hopelessness between the people. Many people isolated themselves in their homes. Also other people took it as a joke, choosing to sing, drink and dance in the streets. As people continued to run away from the plague, they felt like they needed to blame someone for causing the outrage o the deises. At this time, the Christians victimized all the Jews in Europe and blamed them for bad luck that they were recieivng and even bad weather. At that time the European Christian’s were very racist towards the Jews. The Jews were forbidden and not allowed to work as part of the government.Before the plague, the music was up-beat and loved while the artwork was viewed very frequantly. after the palgue Artists and musicians just became dark and depressed. the music was played very sadly and the art became dark and dull. The artists were surrounded by the horrific nature of the Black Death.The children were left behind, as the town’s obsession decressed towards death.
