One major problem that the Brothers of London faces is the age group. One thing that they need to do is expand the age group of the big brothers. The main age group is anywhere from 25 years old to 44 years old (source). This is a problem because they are working men who are busy, and most of them have families as well. The Brothers of London approach needs to be catchy and appealing and make everyone want to join. Another problem is that the organization needs to clearly define their goals and what they want to accomplish. The whole reason that the organization started was to better the lives of young men in need. This would benefit the organization because they would have a lot of volunteers. From a management perspective, it would be smart to have an extraversion big brother. An extraversion person is one who characterizes people who are outgoing, talkative, energetic, sociable, and assertive (McShane, 2014). Extraversion, also known as extraverts get their energy from the outer world and people and things around them (McShane, 2014). An extravert would help out the little brothers so much. There are many reasons why, for example, they are outgoing and get their energy from others, so they would see how they were struggling and they would feel bad for them and they would do anything in their power to help them feel better. Also, the elderly would possibly have grandchildren that the little brother could bond with. Another thing, it would make a lot of sense to target the retired to be big brothers. The little brothers would still have that male presence in their life, and most importantly they would have someone for guidance whenever they need them instead of once every two weeks. Also, chances are that the little brothers would look up to elderly retired men more than they would the middle age men because people respect men who have lived a hard life and have
