First, In the book The Breadwinner by Deborah Ellis Mrs. Weera and Parvana's mother have different points of view on letting Parvana going outside of the home and doing all the work. On page 86 the book says, “Want to go with Parvana!” said Miriam. Mother hesitated. “Let her go,” Mrs Weera advised. Next, From this quote Mother is not so sure about letting Maryam go outside with Parvana but Mrs Weera. It can be inferred that mother is still scared to let Parvana do anything but Mrs. Weera Is okay with letting her do stuff because she's a ‘boy’ now. Also on page 115 the text says, “We dig up bones the bones of our ancestors in order to feed our families!” said Mother. “Bones are used for all sorts of things,” Mrs.Weera replied. Next, this quote shows another example of them disagreeing.
