Connie began to walk to the jalopy, the side with the 33,19,17 on it.
“Well hell Ellie, this sweetheart isn’t a dope at all!”Arnold turned and exclaimed to the backseat passenger.
Connie tried to take her mind off of what she was doing. The ground was shaky and she barely could walk straight. “What’s the secret code?” Connie asked, with a shakiness in her voice.
Arnold shook his finger and smiled. “Let me open the door for my Connie”
“I can get it”
“No, sweetheart, I have it, I have it” While walking toward the passenger door, Arnold did a quick ankle snap. Connie pretended to not notice. “Hold on there Connie”, Arnold said as he tightened his grip on her wrist. “Get it out Ellie.”
“Get what out?” Connie asked. He heart was racing.
“Okay Arnold.” Ellie said.
At that moment, Ellie pulled out a machete.
“What are you going to do with that?” Connie shrieked.
Ellie handed the knife to Arnold.
“Come here, oh my Connie. Let me hold you tight.” was all Arnold said.
Connie tried to run away. Ellie grabbed her and pushed her to the ground. Connie let out a powerful shriek while trying to squirm out of his arms. He had a tight grip on her.
“Let me go!” she yelled once more. At that moment, she seen Arnold out the corner of her eye, walking up to her face slowly. “Get away!”
“Move Ellie” Arnold said. Connie noticed his tone changed when he said it. He no longer sounded like he was in love with her. He no longer sounded appealing to her, he now sounded like a monster.
Arnold ripped off her blouse and she let out a shriek.
“No. Not this time”, Ellie said.
“Why the hell not? If not this time then what time Ellie? You damn dope”, Arnold said in an alarming voice.
“Not this time”, Ellie repeated in a calm voice.
