Basically put, this is known as harassment, stalking, menacing among other thing at the adult level. (Clark) Places that theoretically should be the safest from the attack of bullies who are adults and should know better than to push people around. Authority figures are all too often the predators such as grandparents, parents and guardians. Parents, children and siblings can all be victimized behind the closed doors of their homes. It should come as no surprise that most bullying occurs between spouses, with a higher instance of this occurring in LGBT households. All too often victims are our own elderly relatives who are fragile and often helpless against the hands of their caregivers who they rely on to assist them through their golden years. Quite surprisingly on the other hand is that any one of us can be the victims of abuse and bullying by our very own neighbors.
