There have been notions about the Islamic religion and Muslims as a whole. Since the bombing of 9/11 case, Islam and Muslim have been named terrorists. Muslims in countries where the majority of the people are Christians are being discriminated against and denied equal opportunities concerning employment, education scholarship, and health services. Furthermore, Islam has been branded as evil and an anti-Christ religion. There is proof that Islam is evil and anti- Christ movement which teaches it’s followers to kill the non-Muslims (Cornell 44). It does not promote immorality but high moral integrity. The dressing style that Islam encourages speaks it all. The recent trend in a fashion where young ladies put on short mini-skirts before their fathers, teachers and even before their pastors in the church is not allowed in Muslim religion (Cornell 35). It is this fashion that has caused fathers to lose control of their morals and rape their daughters because the way these daughters are dressed makes even their fathers lust for them. There has also been an increase in the rate of children being born out of wedlock. Young girls are giving birth to children at a young age. All these are because there are no good teaching and counseling on these young generations. These cases are however few in Islamic societies. This is because Islam teachings stipulate out how women and men should not only dress and interact with other people. Women are encouraged to put on clothes that cover most of their body parts. They should not wear tight fitting clothes that reveal the shape of their bodies but rather dress in decent outfits. Women should cover their hair because this is a sensitive aspect of the beauty of a woman. Women are furthermore encouraged to cover their faces with niqabs so as to avoid incidences of men lusting for them. Men are also encouraged to cover their bodies and avoid showing their naked bodies to women. Virginity is also a valuable asset and Muslim girls, and single ladies are asked to preserve it for their husbands only. To reduce incidences of early sex, apart from the decent dressing codes that Islam encourages, people of the opposite sexes who are not close relatives are not allowed to intermingle with each other freely. Shaking hands with people of different sexes is discouraged. Islam discourages immorality of prostitution by encouraging polygamy. A Muslim man is allowed to marry even three or four wives as long as he can provide for them sufficiently. This
