The final organization disability relating to my organization is the “Parable of The Boiled Frog”. This disability can be best described as to organizations not adjusting to change, not taking the time to analyze their current status, therefore overlooking issues until it is too late. Within our command we recruit for the five corps of the Army Medical Command. The corps are as followed, Specialist Corp (rehab specialists), Dental Corp (dentist), Nurse Corp (nurses), Medical Service Corps (allied health) Veterinarian Corp (vets), and Medical Corps (physicians). In the past we were successful finding applicants for all the corps, but over the past couple of years “Big Army” has increased the recruiting numbers for the Medical Corp; which
