Smoking has a number of negative effects on society. Smokers do not sometimes care about the others who could be affected especially children. In addition, smoking parents affect their children badly. Moreover, some parents smoke in front of their kids and this will teach them how to smoke. In other words, observing smoking is the easiest way of how to teach the child to smoke because he will see them and take it as a simple thing to do. This could harm anyone, not just the child. Therefore, the young brother of a man who likes to smoke once saw him, then he started stealing cigarettes from his pocket to smoke them and this is a big danger for the child and the society. Greenland says in his article “The Bogalusa Heart Study” (1997) (p1), that
