SYNOPSIS
Characters
Carter Stone is a secretive seventeen-year-old hero with the ability of invincibility. For several years, the world has thought Carter to be dead after an accident that occurred on his birthday.
Velocity is a rich twenty-four-year-old hero with the power of speed. When he isn’t busy with his nightly chores, Velocity is busy maintaining the responsibilities of his father’s business.
Morph is an alien who can change himself into other living things. He also shares a unique bond with Velocity that comes with both good and bad complications.
Sinister is a mysterious character who has a bad history with Velocity and a big secret about Carter and him.
Thorn is the notorious gang leader of the Bloody Roses who is half man and

The pair are already aware of who the murderer is and why he’s been murdering the cops of the Quantic City police department.
In his quest to learn the identities of the heroes, Thorn has been torturing police officers who work with cases revolved around the heroes. After his most recent killing in the first chapter, he decides to set a trap for the heroes which is a success.
Carter and Morph partner up to try infiltrate the Bloody Roses after a piece of evidence left at the murder scene identifies one of the gang members. However, their plan to capture Thorn slowly falls apart as they walk into his trap; but each of the heroes make it alive.
In retaliation to his defeat, Thorn starts hatching a new plan to remove the heroes from the equation and begins killing four innocent bystanders each night in hopes that the heroes will surrender. During his plan, Thorn frames Carter for this random killing spree revealing to the world that Carter is still alive.
Thorn later reveals to Carter that the four killings and his demand for surrender have simply been a diversion so that he could finalise the last parts of his masterplan. To escape, Thorn critically injuries Velocity and successfully gets Carter
