The Blame For The Death Of Romeo And Juliet

There is more than one person involved in the death of Romeo and Juliet. These two star-crossed lover’s took their life and there is only one person to blame for this tragic death. Romeo and Juliet were in love, but couldn’t be with each other because Juliet was planned to marry Paris. Romeo and Juliet ended up getting married by Friar Laurence in secret. After Tybalt had died, Capulet thought that Juliet was grieving over it so he planned the marriage sooner. Soon after, Juliet went to Friar and he made a plan that she would take a potion that would make her look dead, but she was actually in a deep sleep. The plan did not go the way it was planned, it had caused Romeo and Juliet to sacrifice themselves over one another. The one to blame for this death is Friar Laurence. Frair Laurence is held responsible for the deaths of both of them because Romeo drank the poison because he thought Juliet was dead and when Juliet woke up, she saw that Romeo was dead so she stabbed herself with Romeo’s dagger.

Even though, Frair gave Juliet a fake potion at least he didn’t give Juliet a real one that would make her die. Also, he listened to what Romeo and Juliet wanted unlike their parents. Frair married them because that’s what they wanted and he also wanted to stop the feud between the Capulets and the Montagues.

To conclude, Frair Laurence is overaly responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. He married them secretly, gave Juliet a potion and a plan to run away with Romeo, and lastly did not give Romeo the information about the plan. Frair Laurence should be put away or banished until his death
