The Black Fish was known to be loud and full of the kinds of characters who enjoy imbibing in colorful company down at the docks. Boisterous laughter come from within accompanied by cries of excitement. One of the fisherman known for being no stranger to the bottle had challenged the Wastelander to a drinking contest. They are Barbaric people from the Northern wastes. The harsh environment ensured only the strongest survived.
