My ability to lead by example and work as a supporting leader has worked through numerous situations. I can recall while presenting the student proposal for Peace and Diversity High. After pitching it to the Gates Foundation and The Board of Education, one of the members stating that they were impressed with how they were able to connect to the overall message of the school, as I was able to express how passionate I was about the cause.
