The test gave me an accurate description of myself, it describe me as a traditional person, well organized and reliable. I consider myself a shy person in social situations, I’m very kind and respectful with people but I don’t socialize that much. The test also described me as a good natured, and courteous person which I agree with it. Something that I’m working on is my Neuroticism trait, I normally get worried quickly and nervous. I have to learn how stay calm and control the situation. I think the instrument describe me very well and display all the aspect of my personality. You can be good for some people; however for other you may be annoy. All employers love a person who’s willing to do more than what’s required from them. Employers constantly looking employees who are exceeding expectations and happily accepts any task or project. A confident employee is also more willing to take risks or go for challenges that an uncertain complement would shy from. Great outcomes come from people who have faith in their abilities and talents. In some cases these traits can made other employees feel annoying among the job. Competition, selfish are some of the factors that can occur in a work environment when they have employees who normally stand out. Another trait could be when you find that someone works better when they are interacting with others, you may have an extrovert. This means that they find more energy in connecting with other people. On the other hand, an introvert is going to feel weak when they are working with others too often either with coworkers or clients.
