The Bible: The Nine Satanic Sins

The last similarity between these two Bibles is they both talk about sin. Both of these faith believe in sin and have a list to share with their followers. Catholics call theirs the Seven Deadly sins and Satanism call theirs the Nine Satanic Sins. They are pretty straight forward. Both faiths believe if you follow these actions there will be consequence ; that is why they are sins. They are trying to help you not live your life through these transgression actions. Personally though before I read it I thought it would be more evil and gruesome as our society has protread to be. While reading it, it helped open my horizon to another religion, to how other people view the world. No two religions are the exact same, one has to have some aspect that sets them apart. Examples the Jewish faith does read the Torah same as Catholics but they do not believe in Jesus. Satanism and Catholicism on the other hand more people can probably name the differences then the similarities. One of the most obvious is Satanist do not worship God, they worship themselves. They do not believe in praying to ask for help by God they believe if you need something done go out and do it yourself; to find a way to figure it out and solve it. Another one I found a little more interesting is Satanist do not believe in an afterlife. I always wondered what they thought would happen to them after death if they believed in hell. I found out through the Bible, they do not believe in hell nor an afterlife. They think to just live your life to the fullest because this is all you got, your one shot.
