What would you say is the main theme of the Bible? I would say the main theme of the Bible is, “This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life (Jesus) and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, (Jesus) so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he sworn to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.” (Deuteronomy 30:19-20 NIV) ‘Don’t you get it? I love you.’ God already led out the Way, and all we must do is follow it. Instead of all roads leading to Rome, it obvious to see, all roads lead to the Jesus. God’s Word is

I believe that Jesus is the Messiah and I believe that some of these are truly prophecies and others I believe are not. Psalms was written as poems and songs, it is about David and His experiences. I do not believe that someone can just pick a single verse out of Psalms and say it is a prophecy to fit their own agenda. David was writing about his hands and feet being pierced because that was a common practice done to criminals at the time. There are more concrete prophesies in the bible about Jesus then the ones that we studied this week.…

Undoubtedly Paul, “the apostle of the gentiles”, has become one of the founding fathers of what we now know as missions. He exemplified the great commission in its entirety by “going into all the world and preaching the gospel to all creations.” Even though Paul had a zeal for the conversion of his fellow citizens, his ultimate call was not restricted by this. His call, with the leading of the holy spirit (Acts 16:6,7), was to educate people, “from every tribe and language and nation and creed” (Rev 5:9), of the world about the gospel and its life transforming power. With the boundless accomplishments of Paul’s recorded journeys, one would wonder if he had an intended strategy.…
