The bible is an example of how great our God is. There are many examples of what God expects from his people and miracles he performed. The Mighty Act of God states the bible centers on God 's mighty acts; what God has done, is doing, and will do for us human beings and our salvation through Jesus Christ (Rhodes 1). The bible is the greatest book ever written and is also the greatest story told ever. The Might Acts of God states the bible is not only "the greatest story ever told"; it is the greatest drama ever enacted - and its chief Actor is God (Rhodes 1). God is the center and circuit of revelation. The circuit of revelation is continuous pattern between God, events, interpreter, interpreted events, and back to God (Rhodes 2).

The bible is broken down into two parts which are the New Testament and the Old Testament. The Old Testament is the first presented of the two which implements the meaning of before Christ. The Testament prepares for Christ. The creation of the earth plays a big role in preparation for Christ. The first man and woman created were Adam and Eve. They are known for going against God 's will and eating from the garden. The New Interpreters Study Bible states the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die" (Genesis 2:16-17). Adam and Eve went against God’s will. This became a formative story and example of life. This event also forever changed the outcome of human immorality. There was no chance of life after death.
