The Best Piston Player

People Argue who the greatest Piston player of all time was. To be a great player in the NBA you have to win many awards and even championships. Some players careers are ruined because they don't have a ring under their belt. The best three player in Pistons franchise history are Isaiah Thomas, Dave Bing, and Joe Dumars. These three player have won awards, made many all-star games, and two of the have won championships. In college Isiah Thomas led the Indiana Hoosiers to a national Championship. Doing this majorly raised his draft stock, and he became the second pick in the 1981 NBA draft by the Pistons, he didn’t want to go to the Pistons at first because how bad they were in the 70’s, but he quickly became “the man” when he was drafted he was a NBA all-star starter his first season which is extremely impressive, and in his 13 year career only missed the game once also he led the Pistons to back to back championships in the late 80’s and was the finals MVP in the 1989-90 NBA finals He is the all-time leader in assists and steals in Pistons franchise history. He still played top level basketball each year. He has a career average of 20 points per game and won a scoring Championship in his second year in the league. With all of this scoring it led him to 7th all time among point guards in career total scoring. With a lack of a team in the 70’s He was never able to lead the Pistons past the first round in the playoffs. He was the only all-star on his team and showed how good he was when he won the 1975-76 all-star game MVP.
