Camu powder benefits is another little anti-aging helper.

This stuff is very popular for its vitamin C content. In fact, it has more vitamin C than any other food on the planet.

It makes the perfect addition to a smoothie, breakfast cereal, porridge, or yoghurt.

The benefits of Camu Camu powder can even be used on your skin. Mix with a bit of honey, yoghurt and apply to your face and neck. Or, mix the powder with an egg white and honey as I do. I usually alternate between Camu and raw cacao powder for a natural face mask.

There is so much to love about this anti-aging supplement.

I happened to stumble upon it whilst perusing the health food section at the local Supermarket. Although I must say, the health food section is pretty miserable.

If you like knowing something is researched and studied, then you can rest assured Camu powder benefits has been (2). Personally, I don't really care if there is any scientific proof something natural and considered alternative works or not.

Take evening primrose, such as, I can't live without it and take a supplement every day. Regardless of the fact, there is nothing real to back up its health claims.

As I said earlier, Camu is loaded with vitamin C, this is what makes it a very popular choice for many.

Because of the high vitamin C levels, it has proven useful in helping control and fight herpes.

Give relief from the common cold, prevent cold sores, and other viruses and bacteria.

Strengthen the immune system and protect the nervous system.

I usually take a couple of vitamin C supplements a day. Nowadays I sometimes add this powder to my breakfast in the mornings.

For me, it is a part of my anti-aging regime, something I take along with many other health invigorating powders such as my daily hit of MSM. I don't take it for any health problem in particular. Other than to keep my body in good
