The Benefits Of Sleep Paralysis

Ever been all of a sudden awoken from your sleep and is completely paralyzed?

That is, you can't move or even talk, regardless of the endeavors you make to do both. It's a serious frightening feeling that later leaves you asking yourself, "what in the hell happened?"

Sleep paralysis is scary as hell! There's even a version to it where it really feels as though somebody is squeezing against you, or prowling just crawls above you. Thoroughly scary and a serious approach to begin the day.

While some stated that it's the brain playing games on you, others partner it with an evil ownership which has incidentally assumed control over your body. Once in a while an uproarious accident or blast is heard just before your body gets to be paralyzed,

    Before watching this documentary, I had never heard of any of these temporal lobe epilepsy facts. I think what really blew my mind was the part where the girl having night terrors was able to get rid of them after removing the alarm clock from her room.
