According to today’s economy, making profits is the large concerned of people who are running their business nowadays because economic is down occurring all countries around the world. Especially in the economic country as the United States, business people often want to make more money in many ways including invest their money in stocks or running another business. However, business people open their companies not only invest their money to other fields, but also to produce and sell their products to consumers. Moreover, they can earn high or less profits depending on the accepting of their products in societies. There are many different kinds of business in the United States such as cosmetics, medicines, food, and electronic goods, and most of companies make products to sell. Therefore, companies need labor forces to make products for running business, but a lot of workers work under pressure. Unfortunately, companies do not provide benefits to the workers to keep them stay healthy and work eagerly, so these problems cause of labor forces work ineffectively. It can be solved if companies provide healthcare and less stressful work, and the workers will work effectively in their operations. For example, when labor forces do not healthcare benefits from their companies, they may ignore to check their health every year and stay unhealthy. As a result, companies will earn less profit by their workers work ineffectively. Another example is labor forces work consecutively more than eight hours a day with less rest, they make work effectively in the first half of day and less effectively later on. So, companies need to manage working times and times of rest in daily working. To run business, many companies are only thinking about how to make more profits but ignore how people think about them. Business people may invest their money in stocks or obtain their money in another business. In fact many businesses are different brands but have the same products are in competition seriously. However, people nowadays concern about environment, pollution, health, and living, so they likely support any company or groups which participate to protect people living by buying the products. For instance, people likely buy products having pink ribbon signs which support to cure breast cancer patients. In addition, many food companies make high profits when they use less salt, sugar, and fat in their products because they know that harmful ingredients keep consumers stay unhealthy. That means consumers support companies which care their health. Although companies need to consider the benefits for their labor forces and the participation of societies, the best providing via companies is the quality of products. In the competition, many companies’ advertisements that people can see in media, advertisement boards, and even on the bodies of buses.
