Sasa Church should build a gym
A gym is a fitness place where people go for indoor exercise. Gym helps people keep fit and healthy. However, most of gyms are not free, and people need to pay to exercise and train there. A gym contains many training equipment such as treadmills, cycling, bikes to running paths. A gym also has a trainer to guide the people on what exercise to begin, and also train the new members. Today, gyms are familiar places and can be found in some colleges, schools, and even churches. I have been working at Sasa Church (SVC) for two years. My job is tutoring students of youth group in bible classes. The bible classes have around twenty students studying at night time. All the students are young, but after a long day at

Studies have shown that people exercise they become relieved off their stress and moods change to positive. “college students looking to maintain their positive attitude to succeed can benefit from regular exercise” (5 Reasons…) The students in the SVC who have “health problems, such as heart attacks and stomach problems” ( 5 Reasons…) are reduced through regular exercises. Stress and stomach problems are the most popular health problems happen in the bible class. Working a lot, skip meals are two thing young people usually do, includes me. In a long time, I usually under stressed and my stomach was painful last year. Those health problems made me very thin. My doctor said that I had to go to the gym. After workout in the gym, I usually sleep well and eating more. After three months, I did not feel stress anymore and my stomach worked well. I realized that when student exercises, they can sleep better and avoiding health problems. Therefore, students will be able to constructively solve their problems in class and thus improve their studies.
Some people say that Sasa Church should not build the gym, because students don’t have time for exercise. They says that after a long day at school, going to the church for exercise then go to the night class will be the struggle for time management. The reason is not reasonable. 20 minutes for exercise is not a struggle, the class can be start late 30 minutes as a rest time or we can cut the learning time for improving the quality of the lesson. SVC will build the gym inside the church, they don’t need to go anywhere too far. That save a lot of time for students. So, they have time to go to the
