As a mother, it is her responsibility to take care of her child and her body. Aborting her child shows her unwillingness to care for such a sacred life. The baby has no means of self defense, therefore, it is both the mother and society’s job to take care of the unborn and make sure all life has a nice home. When aborting, it also shows that the rest of the family is unsupportive. A family is supposed to be a safe “sanctuary of life” and happy place, not one of negligence. However, the mother also faces many difficulties throughout her life, too. She may feel anxiety and frustration as she tries to make ends meet.
