Boys should be able to do cheerleading with females While Matt was trying to join the cheerleading team, he was unable to join due to the fact that he was a male and the coaches thinking he just didn’t have what it takes. Males have more strength in the upper body that some females might not have. Some states and countries do not allow boys on a cheer team. Boys should be able to do cheerleading with girls. Many boys who want to cheer can’t because many schools don't allow male cheerleaders this is illegal if the school gets title IX funds .
