From my experiences with blended learning, I have conceived that the concept is attempting to portray the idea that students such as I need to widen our knowledge by combining our in-school experiences with the interactions we have with our real world and others, while releasing us on our journey as individuals. It is vital that teachers maintain their jobs because it gives students an opportunity to engage in conversation, question & answer, and activities that can further their understanding of the material. In another study conducted by the Pew Research center, 71% of teachers agree that due to the excessive amount of technology and increasing classroom sizes resulting from lost jobs, students tend to have a shorter attention span and are less likely to pay attention in class.
