The Battle to go Home There are many heroes. People who fight for what they believe in and people who fight against hate. Also, people fight for freedom and equal rights. People are not letting other stop them from fighting on what they believe in. In Homer's tale, The Odyssey is about two men, father and son Odysseus and Telemachus. Odysseus was fighting to go home and Telemachus was fighting to protect his mother and home. The similarity between the two men is that they were determined to fight and not give up. They were brave and they were good leaders. First, Odysseus and Telemachus were determents. Odysseus was determined to go home and he did not let anything stop him.
