Another aspect of the site is that students can learn about the different moons of the planets. This site also contains interesting information about Saturn’s rings. Finally, the students will be able to learn about asteroids, comets, and meteorites. There is an interactive map, which the children could use to select the planet that they would like information on. Next, when critically thinking about this site, the author is identified, and the information can be check against other sources. There is also a copyright at the bottom of each page. The site is updated, as new information comes in about new finding in the universe. This is an informational web site, and there is no censorship on the information given. Children will be able to access this site through a number of devices, to include smart phones, tablets, netbooks, and tablets. First of all, students will be able to look at actual photos of the planets, their surfaces, and their moons. There is also an ease to the navigation of this site, transitioning from one planet to the next can be accomplished in the tool bar with a simple click. Another benefit of this site, is that children will be able to research quick simple facts about the planets, of go further in-depth research the missions that NASA has conducted. For each planet there is a team of researchers that compiled the information, this team is easily located on the right hand side of the page for ease of citation. Finally, another great benefit of this site is that it has a fun interactive kid’s zone, for that much needed brain
