Kristin and Julio live in a two story stick built house located on the grounds of the Bailie Youth Ranch. The Bailie Youth Ranch has five homes that are available to families who would like to get licensed for foster care. The front door opens into the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Adjacent to the dining room is the primary bathroom and master bedroom and bath. Across from the master bedroom is a bedroom. Down the hallway is a laundry room, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Down the hallway adjacent to the living room is an office, a play room, an entertainment room, storage room, and two bathrooms. The basement is a large open concrete space that will be used for a play space. The third floor is open and will be used for storage. The family has one kitten. The cat is friendly, playful and is current with its shots. Shots records are on file. They store their medication and alcohol in a locked cabinet in the dining room. There is a signed supervision plan regarding keeping alcohol on the premises on file. A fire extinguisher is kept in the kitchen on the main floor and on the wall of the other two floors. They would like to make placements on a case by case basis. They feel like they would do well with children who have learning disabilities since Kristin is an educator. They would prefer children who have been toilet trained. Due to the nature of Kristin’s profession she would feel uncomfortable with the placement of a child who makes false accusations. The family has young children and would be uncomfortable with the placement of a child who was extremely sexually or physically aggressive. The couple also expressed reservations with the placement of any children/teens with gang affiliations. Kristin and Julio plan to make placement decisions based on circumstances and
