This research article studied the change that nurses had when going through the RN-BSN program. The nurses did face challenges at first; they had to learn how to balance their personal, work and school life, finances, support by their coworkers and fitting into the BSN program. The nurses went from what they thought was a seasoned nurse to a nurse that improved their critical thinking skills and evidence based care they provided.
