Reporter stated the following: The aunt old me she has a history of abusing pain medication. She (Destiny) drives under the influence. It is unknown what the mom drives under the influence of. She drives under the influence with the child in the car and I guess it has been going on for two years. I called today because the mom had multiple car accidents with the child and I am assuming she was under the influence but I have no evidence. The child and the mom stayed in the hospital due to the wreck. There is lab work that can tell if the mom was under the influence but I can not give you that information. When the mom and the child discharged on 8/29 they went to LouAnn Street. The grandmother told the mom to leave on 9/25. I was asked to call
