The Assassin Becomes the Assassinated
On November 22, 1963, the 35th President of the United States of America, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, is assassinated at 12:30 p.m. in Dallas, Texas, supposedly by Lee Harvey Oswald. Oswald fires three shots from a 6.5 mm Carcano Model 91/38 carbine at the President; the first shot penetrates through the President’s throat, then the second shot pierces through the head. President Kennedy is announced dead 30 minutes after the shooting.
