Almost all of the evidence in the assassination Of the president is vague and is open to interpretations. There is, some basic, inarguable, undisputed facts. These facts only suggest two realistic solutions, both of which rotate around the role of Oswald being the only one who killed Kennedy, or he was set to take the blame.

Oswald had worked in the Book Depository building, and had reasonable access to the sixth floor. Oswald had claimed to have been somewhere else at the time of the shooting, but there is no one to support his alibi. It looks like this is an indisputable case: Oswald killed kennedy.

This evidence of gunfire from in front, had been reported by the media soon after the assassination took place. Suspicion gained when Oswald was murdered two days later, when has was in police custody, by Jack Ruby, a nightclub operator.

The best indication of oswald being framed was the emergence of an unlikely possibility for the single bullet that supposedly caused all the president’s and governor’s non-fatal wounds. A bullet had been found on the stretcher outside the operating room when the governor was undergoing surgery. Many problems soon surfaced with what became known as the “magic bullet”.

Despite the destruction to the governor, the bullet had suffered little damage. More metal fragments had been deposited into the governor’s wounds. There had been two stretchers in the hall, but the bullet found had no connection to connally or kennedy.

There had been no bullet found on Connally’s stretcher, the bullet put into evidence was not the one found at the hospital. Oswald was armed with good knowledge of Russian. Oswald Return to the USA in 1962 had been condoned by the US authorities.

The Kennedy Assassination There are many conspiracy theories surrounding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, (JFK). One of the most prominent, is that lone gunman and communist sympathizer Lee Harvey Oswald, on his own accord, took matters into his own hand and singlehandedly planned and executed the President of the United States of America. Another theory was that Oswald was a pawn in a deadly game of politics and mafia wars and was directed by the powers that be to kill JFK, and in an effort to prevent him from ever exposing the plot, he too was murdered in cold blood. Curiously, the theory that weighs in most heavily is that Lee Harvey Oswald was framed for the murder of JFK. Popular conspiracy theories claimed the “government” was behind it and the murder was in retaliation for a political upset, specifically, the Bay of Pigs conflict in Cuba (Polidoro, 2005).…

In the book the accidental victim it is stated that on the day of November the 22nd the man that was supposed to be assassinated was John Cornally, the governor of Texas at the time. This book states that Harvey Oswalt was the assassin meaning this book does not revolve around the idea of who killed the president. The reasoning as in why John Cornally was the target that day was because Oswalt felt like he had been betrayed by him. In the book it is stated that Oswalt had no problems with John F. Kennedy, and the book portrays why would Oswalt pick up a riffle and specifically kill the president that day. The main reasoning behind the hatred of conally which according to the book caused the shooting was because when conally was the secretary of the navy he rejected a petition from Oswalt to reverse his dishonorable discharge from the marines.…
