A vision embodies people’s highest values and aspirations. It inspires people to reach for what is possible and calm their fears of current realities. Though highly effective leadership is difficult to achieve, I am always learning and improving my abilities and skills.
Currently, the nonprofit sector faces many challenges, from federal budget cuts to regulatory change. The success of our member organizations will hinge on their ability to be nimble and resourceful. The Arkansas Nonprofit Alliance must serve as the catalyst to inform, innovate and inspire.
