Illegal immigration, generally defined as the illegal act of trespassing across a national border. Any person involved in this act of “immigration” violates the laws that exist strongly implemented by the concerned nation. Generally, immigrants migrate from a poorer country to a richer country. Illegal immigration provides no benefit to America. Large amounts of illegal immigrants trespassing onto U.S. soil, have caused an increase in flawed amnesty laws, detrimental increase in human population, and a severe expansion in human trafficking. Amnesty forgives any crime committed by immigrants, therefore permanently removing them from record.
