"So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God" (James 1:19, 20). There are many thoughts and ideas regarding this reference of Scripture and often times, it is taken out of its context. The Apostle James had much to say to the "dispersed" regarding their walk as disciples of Christ, much of which is relevant for Christians until this day; via the Holy Spirit, James rebuked, encouraged, and admonished Christians to live out the Word of God without hypocrisy, favoritism, and without doubting. He wanted the disciples of Christ practice the faith by living the Word, speaking the Word, and doing the Word.
