While I was in middle school my grades were utterly appalling; however, I had found the trick to getting my desirably high grade point average; that trick was to read. Before I found the trick of reading I wouldn’t try very hard on my assignments because I did not know what I was doing. I would procrastinate and get astonishing low grades; until, I grew up and took some time out of my day to study. Now I find myself reading constantly about topics ranging from animals to the question of if the American dream is still achievable in today’s society. My grades have also noticed an improvement; such as, my grade point average has been improved from below a two to above a three point five. Some of the tactics I used to approve my grades were to
